The Lab Baseball Performance LLC · Bakersfield, CA · Effective July 2026
What this is
The 60-Day Complete Hitter Challenge is a 60-day program to show you your son's real numbers, prove he's getting measurably better, and put him on the honest path toward college ball. $800 up front. Do the work, win it back as training credit.
What you get
For $800, the athlete receives:
- 8 training sessions in The Lab — data tracking, video, and training tools built around his development.
- A custom 7-Day Development Plan, built with the athlete at onboarding.
- Lab Player System access for 60 days — programming, live numbers, tracking, and the feedback hub.
- The Lab Hitting & Player Development System — an 8-week, 3-phase curriculum (~15 lessons).
- Weekly video review + text feedback (submit through OnForm, get a coach correction) — 8 times.
- Three Player Evaluation Reports — Day 1, Day 30, and Day 60 (data, expected stats, mechanical notes, and a Loom walkthrough).
- The Standards & Accountability System — 4 pillars, a strike ladder, and a parent-visible dashboard.
- Open facility access — off-hours private cage and machine use for 60 days (backdoor code provided).
- A Day 1 Welcome Kit — branded performance tee (bonus).
Stacked value is roughly $2,385. The price is $800.
The Win — how you get your $800 back
Hold the standard for 60 days and you win your $800 back as training credit.
You win when both of these are true:
- The athlete completes the full 60 days without reaching Strike 3 on the Four Pillars, and
- The athlete submits the final video testimonial and attends the Day-60 evaluation.
The four things the athlete has to do:
- Show up — attend all 8 sessions.
- Do the work — complete the training and the course.
- Stay connected — submit 1 video per week and reply to coach communication within 24 hours.
- Finish strong — complete all 3 evaluations and sit for the on-camera Day-60 exit interview.
Do all of that, and the $800 comes back as training credit. The evaluation reports are your proof it worked.
The Four Pillars & the strike ladder
The Win depends on holding the standard. The Four Pillars are:
- Follow the program — do the assigned training and course work.
- Communicate — respond to coaches within 24 hours.
- Use the materials — engage with the Lab Player System and curriculum.
- Attend sessions — be there for all 8. Absences count against attendance unless excused with 24+ hours' notice.
The strike ladder:
- Warning — a heads-up that something slipped.
- Strike 1 — first formal strike.
- Strike 2 — a direct parent conversation.
- Strike 3 — the Win is forfeited.
Reaching Strike 3 doesn't remove the athlete — he keeps his spot and finishes the 60 days he paid for. It just means the $800 credit isn't earned. Everything already delivered still stands.
Payment
- Price: $800, paid up front through Stripe, covering the full 60 days.
- The $800 is non-refundable. If the athlete doesn't hold the standard, he still finishes the program he paid for — the only thing on the line is the $800 credit.
- Cohorts are capped at 10 athletes to protect quality, so seats are limited and first-paid, first-held.
How the $800 credit works
When the athlete wins, the $800 comes back as training credit toward continued development:
- The credit is spread across 12 active training months — about $66.67 per month — and applied automatically to your monthly training bill.
- "Active months" means months the athlete is actually training. If you pause, the balance freezes and picks back up when he returns. The credit follows training, not the calendar.
- Credit rolls into the Hybrid program or in-person training — this is how nearly every family uses it, because it goes furthest that way.
- Other redeemable options are available if needed — ask us and we'll walk you through them.
Full details are in the separate Credit Terms Explainer, provided at enrollment.
A couple of other things
- Facility access is a privilege tied to house rules provided separately (hours, liability, conduct).
- The Day-60 on-camera exit interview is part of the Win. Consent to record and use that footage is covered in the separate Media / Testimonial Release, provided at enrollment.
